Obama bows to Saudi King

Obama bow happens at about 0:50 into this video:

(via American Thinker )

"Kissing hands is alien to our values and morals, and is not accepted by free and noble souls," Abdullah told a delegation from Baha, in southwest Saudi Arabia, which came to the royal palace to offer congratulations on his accession. "It also leads to bowing, which is a violation of God's law. The faithful bow to no one but God."

Obama, the President of the United States and leader of the free world, bows to a Saudi King who represents a despotic regime noted for its’ human rights violations, a birthplace of terrorists, a symbol of everything that is an antithesis to our system of government, and it’s no big deal?

I consider myself fortunate to have been born in a republic. I appreciate that as a citizen of a republic, I need not bow to any man or woman. We are all created equal, and blood lines do not make one person superior. This gesture by Obama should rankle every citizen for when Obama bowed as President of the United States, we all bowed.

He did bow, see the video from the latest angle:

So, umm, doesn't your quote prove that Obama isn't one of the "faithful"? Exactly what point are you making, other than that Obama doesn't understand Muslim customs?

"other than that Obama doesn't understand Muslim customs?"

thats exactly my point. i note that John Stewart refused to cover this on his Daily Show.

And this is supposed to the new intelligent president who's supposed to have more of clue than Bush?

So far, i am not impressed. at all.
